All orders placed before 2 pm easter time are processed and shipped from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time will ship the next business day. From that point on, shipping times are at the discretion of the mail carriers and the shipping times you paid for. Free shipping items are shipped using ground services.
Our return policy is simple: you have 30 days from the day of purchase to return any unopened product for a full refund. You can also cancel your order before it ships, but once the order has been shipped, we need to wait for the product to arrive at our warehouse and be inspected before the refund.
Exchanges are allowed for up to 30 days for any unopened product.
